Comstar’s nickel safe ice machine cleaner is a specially formulated Citric/phosphoric food-grade product for removal of mineral buildup, which can lead to bacterial contamination in ice machine equipment. Removes scale, slime and deposits from ice machines to ensure clean, cold and taste-free ice. Comstar’s nickel safe ice machine cleaner is great at protecting nickel plated evaporators. It is also safe for use with all ice machines, and it protects both nickel and TiN plated evaporators. Acceptable for use in machines made by Manitowoc and other manufacturers using nickel components. Usage rate should be in accordance with the manufacturer Instructions.
