If there is no sound, please set the sound of the signal source to PCM format.
- 【Precautions for use】It is not supported to use a TV as the video input source (No ARC/eARC). If you need to use a TV as the video source, please purchase our HDMI ARC converter B09NDB7R7H. When the audio is set to 5.1CH, there will be no sound on the 3.5mm audio port. When set to 2.1CH, SPDIF and 3.5mm audio can be output simultaneously. When there is no sound in the first two methods, please set it to ByPASS mode. Then please check the audio settings. The 5.1CH sound effect depends on the playback of the video itself. If the video only supports 2.1CH sound effect, it will not be able to play under the 5.1CH setting.
